SUNDAY 15 OCTOBER 2017
Hosted by See Saw Wines vigneron, Justin Jarrett, the ‘Pilgrimage of Elevation’ is a journey through the three See Saw Wines vineyards to experience the wines at varying elevations. Your wine tasting pilgrimage takes in the region’s first Prosecco block, an organic vineyard and ends at the beautiful Balmoral Vineyard.
You will receive a glass of Prosecco on arrival with antipasti and a glass of Pinot Noir with your 3-course lunch. See Saw farm grown organic lamb will be lovingly slow cooked by Paolo from local Italian pop-up dining experience Pochi ma Buoni using a 300 year old Roman recipe for lunch, and additional wine will be available for purchase at the final station.
When: Sunday 15th October @ 11:00am (pick up location to be emailed to ticket holders).
How much: $120 per person. Package includes return bus transport, vineyard tour and wine-tastings and 4-course Italian meal – plus a glass of Prosecco and a glass of Pinot Noir.
What to wear: As you will be traversing different locations, covered foot wear is required. Although October is glorious, we recommend a coat, scarf and hat. Bring a bottle of water to hydrate through the day.BOOK TICKETS NOW
